Hi everyone - first time post-er looking for some help.
My wife and I have been through an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage, so are two for two on failed pregnancies. We are currently pregnant again, but it is very early doors. We had a six week scan last week with another to follow this week, but the sizing was small, 4.7mm, about 0.3mm below average.
My wife is struggling to see how this will continue to be a viable pregnancy, but I retain some hope. Has anyone been in this position before? How do you support your partner through this?
While I've not been in this position, at this early stage you both need to take it one day at a time. Try not to judge how you feel, and if possible don't create stories for yourself about it going well or badly. In time you will know either way. Until then take care of yourself and each other.
